Audit the current GOOSE functionality against all the fields in the ethernet and GOOSE PDU headers for proper usage/handling and add functionality as required.
a. Add proper handling for VLAN tags.
b. Work with Larry and ABB to understand and resolve the “heartbeat” issue that ABB identified during the plugfest.
c. Document the changes/additions in the documentation created under WP #5
