If VS Code still seems to be the best option to create adapter configuration files, how about adding a new section in the documentation between the CLI section (https://www.automatak.com/protected/openfmb/cli/) and the Configuration section (https://www.automatak.com/protected/openfmb/config/) to explain usage of VS Code to enter mapping values for different field types and structures?
