Highlight selected projected point #142

Currently, the selected mapping point is highlighted as a red sphere in the 3d viewers of the GUI.

The selected surface-projected point should also be highlighted, either as a large red cylinder, or perhaps a large blue cylinder to distinguish from the selected 3D point.
