Could we have some clarification on what the licence is? Is it still copyright to Pearson, all rights reserved?

The Recipient of the Program may use it for the management of the EQUELLA software program within the Recipient's organization only. The Recipient may only distribute the Program within the Recipient's organization.

Hi Karl, this file definitely needs to be fixed up, to reflect the tool now being open sourced. But i'm not sure what the text needs to be changed to. @cbeach47 is this something we need to check with Apereo about?
