Update zookeeper library (Apache Curator) to latest version #114

Reported by Edalex's hosting manager "The latest stable is 3.4.10. 3.4.5 has had issues (reported from the US) and sometimes consumes 100% of cpu in our hosted environment."

An interesting one. It's been updated to 3.4.6 and thankfully the curator libs are up to date. However the way the Zk dep is defined I'm not sure renovator has picked it up yet.

We have recently attempted this with #1882 . But then note we had to roll it back #3013 and #3019.

But we hope to revisit this possibly in 2022.x.
