iOS mobile browser doesn't display ims/scorm packages nicely #155

Tested on iOS 9.2 (iPhone 6) and 6.4-QA1.

Users viewing a scorm / ims package in Equella cannot zoom to fit the content (treenav and iframe) in a iOS browser, especially in portrait orientation. Seems to work fine in Android.

Probably an issue with at least 6.3-QA4 as well.
