Weird CSS bug with Custom Links editor

Describe the bug In the new UI, when you navigate to Settings -> General -> Custom Links, if there are any links with icons, they will display the icon over and over across the page.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Settings -> General -> Custom Links
2. Start to create a new link to https://www.google.com
3. Click "Download remote icon"
4. Save the new link
5. Note that the icon displays incorrectly on the Custom Links page.
6. Note that if you click on the Custom Link from this page, you see the icon even more times.

Expected behavior The display should be neat and consistent and usable, and should show the icon only once.

Platform:

• OpenEquella Version: 2021.1+ (haven't currently tested earlier)
• OS: Ubuntu 20.04.2 LTS x86_64, though probably agnostic
• Browser: Firefox, Chrome (probably agnostic)
