Add exiftool dependencies to Dockerfile

The current Dockerfile is not configured to enable the exiftool features.

Describe the solution you'd like

The Dockerfile should be modified such:

• It installs the exiftool dependency
• It sets the EQ_EXIFTOOL_PATH env var to point to where it's installed (probably /usr/bin/exiftool)

Additional context

The exiftool is used by some of the scripting APIs to extra EXIF metadata. More info @ https://equella.github.io/guides/EmbeddedMetadataExtractionUserGuide.html
