[question] Is this usual (probably it is)? #11688

Dear Openethereum,

I'm a little bit confused because etherscan.io shows me the following https://etherscan.io/address/0x2097804265948018272362CF4dAf6B5432d52F56 I did not command this outgoing transaction? Why is this happening? Sorry for bothering (I'm just curious)
