Homebrew installation #11874

Hey all, is Homebrew installation a priority? Today, brew install parity installs v2.7.2.

If versioning on Homebrew is arbitrary, reverting back to the metadata in this commit may solve this issue for newcomers by having the lastest/default install be v2.5.13.
