Moving from Parity to OpenEthereum

Before filing a new issue, please provide the following information.

HI We are currently running - Parity Ethereum Client. Version Parity-Ethereum/v2.6.8-beta-9bf6ed8-20191231/x86_64-linux-gnu/rustc1.40.0

I understand Parity Ethereum is no longer maintained, and has been transferred to OpenEthereum.

Is it possible to migrate/upgrade from Parity to Open Ethereum or do we need to sync and run a new client of Open Ethereum from scratch ?

OpenEthereum version: 3.0.1
Operating system: Linux
Installation: homebrew / one-line installer / built from source
Fully synchronized: no
Network: ethereum
Restarted: no / yes

Will these One line installers still work https://github.com/oceanprotocol/parity-ethereum#simple-one-line-installer-for-mac-and-linux if not are there others which will

Managed to upgrade via download, no resync required all successful - initially assumed the move from Parity would be much more significant and break things
