Transaction Efficiency Decrease Due to Syncing #11877

We are running the latest ParityEthereum stable version.

On a single node side chain (no peer network)

Over the last week, processing transactions specifically token transfers went from taking 2-6 seconds to 12+ seconds consistently.

fixed it with pruning=fast
