Naming Endpoint #39

looks like a bad name

rename to "Handler"? "Dispatcher"?

hm.. But from another point of view, Client and Endpoint have some good symmetry between..

Maybe something like encoder (= Client) and decoder (= Endpoint) because that's what they actually are.
