[24.03_round1 特性测试] Xfce桌面测试

需求：

1. 使用 oerv 24.03 镜像 执行 xfce 桌面功能测试
2. 按照测试用例执行手动测试
3. 获取测试用例路径：https://github.com/openEuler-RISCV/QA/tree/main/testcases/desktop
4. 安装方式可以参考 https://docs.openeuler.org/zh/docs/22.09/docs/desktop/xfce.html
5. 测试安装和配置xfce软件包使用base版本镜像，测试xfce桌面功能可以使用安装和配置好的xfce软件包的base版本镜像，也可以直接使用xfce版本镜像

要求：

1. 测试结果整理成文档，上传至 https://github.com/openEuler-RISCV/QA/tree/main/testreport/24.03/round1/feature-test/desktop
2. 失败测试用例转换成issue，提交到 https://gitee.com/src-openeuler 下对应的软件包仓里
3. 测试结果包括：每个测试用例的结果，失败测试用例的简单描述，失败测试用例提交的issue url等
4. 本任务 ddl 时间为 2024/4/30
