Site slogan is not display

Steps to reproduce:

• Add site slogan to basic info. settings
• You won't see the slogan on the site.

Proposed solution:

• Add {{- site_slogan -}} after the site name link to templates/overrides/navigation/block--system-branding-block.html.twig
