Coding the sentence The United States military is delaying a shipment of aid to Cuba. produces the event coding

  1. There's a weird fragment here, possibly the result of a dictionary error.
  2. The event should be coded as 162, per line 7663 in the Petr2 verb dictionary.

That clearly is a dictionary error that needs to be corrected. Some needs to pull and fix it.
