Need updated Spanish dictonaries #37

Spanish verb dictionaries here are out of date. @JingL1014 will get the updated ones from Viveca and Javier and get the correct one.

The most recent Spanish verb dictionaries 'CAMEO.spanish.verbpatterns.180807.txt' is uploaded. I will keep updating if more modifications are made.
