Add other country codes to the country list. Closes #79 #80

Add these country codes to the list of known country codes so they'll show up as countries, not as actor attributes. (This only matters for historical coding). Some of these may never be implemented in the dictionaries, but there's no apparent downside to including them here just in case.

Here are the countries:

SUN (Soviet Union) DDR (German Democratic Republic) CSK (Czechoslovakia) KSV (Kosovo) # World Bank code since no ISO YMD (Yemen, Democratic) ZAR (Zaire) TMP (East Timor, pre-Timor-Leste) BYS (Byelorussian SSR) BUR (Burma)
