What is the update status on this? #1

Am seeing this version from last April. Sayeed, are there updates to this code to be posted that would be tied to the paper we are trying to do with Viveca et al.?

I have updated the latest version for the source codes.

Thanks. The documentation also needs to be updated to explain what it does.
