Converting the format to indian format #141

The current documentation formats the value in this format: 1,234,567.00, but I have a use case to have the ability to choose between 1,234,567.00 and 12,34,567.00 (notice the change in ',' positions). Is this already accounted for? I saw an update which is done for converting to words i.e millions vs lakhs
