Numbers to Words #89

it would be very helpful to include the ability to convert a dollar amount to words.

For example: $1,578.32 to "one thousand five hundred and seventy eight dollars and thirty two cents"

I am looking into this. Adding support for both Arabic and Indian format. Wiki link for formatting info: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Indian_numbering_system
