Doesn't work in Internet Explorer 8 and 9 #18

Hello,

For some reason, the script works fine in Chrome, Safari, Firefox and IE 10. But IE 8 and 9 both results in 'unknown fx error'.

Does this script not work with IE 8 and 9?
