Consider adding licence #28

Hi there,

This looks like an awesome library but without a clear Licence file in the root directory, Im not sure this is ok to use in any project. Would be great if you could add one ? (because a GPL and a CC are free to use both, but do not have the same implications for the using app !)

My bad, there is a file, but it does not show in the readme. sorry
