Description

Update examples for exchanging an id token for an OpenFaaS token to work with the latest version of the OIDC provider.
Update the identity federation examples for GitHub and GitLab.

Motivation and Context

The OIDC provider has been updated to follow the OAuth 2.0 Token Exchange spec.

How Has This Been Tested?

The documented command has been used while testing the OIDC provider.
