Update faasd to containerd 1.6.8

Motivation and Context

Migrates to containerd 1.6.8

For 32-bit Raspberry Pi, this is required: https://github.com/alexellis/containerd-arm/tree/v1.6.8

How Has This Been Tested?

No testing yet.
