faas-cli publish does not work any longer, giving an error that the of-watchdog image is missing. It appears that all OpenFAAS images are missing: https://hub.docker.com/u/openfaas

This just an outage or did I miss something related to this?

Of course faas-cli publish still works, but we have no information on what you're trying to do?

You'll need to fill out the whole issue template if you'd like support - including what template you're using and what CLI command you're running.
