This is a very minor update that does 3 things:

Brings the ADDITIONAL_PACKAGE concept into this template per existing openfaas documentation
Moves the version of of_watchdog to a build argument with a default of the latest version (0.2.5 as of writing of this PR)
Adds some brief documentation on these two arguments in the footer of the README

Hi @mcclory I didn't see this PR until now.

Some rebasing is going to be required now and I've also bumped us up to 0.2.7.

Can you take a look at commit message guidelines in the contribution guide in the openfaas/faas repo too?
