iterate through boolean AND OR NOT test
test all the examples from the unittest for run through
run black code formatter
update CMakeLists.txt for the situation of python3.12 build

Hi @arcturusannamalai could you create this PR from a feature branch in the openfhe-python repository. This way we can also run the CI for it. Thank you for the contribution! Please also submit the PR to the dev branch rather than main as we use the dev branch for intermediate commits between releases.
