127: Add missing methods to the Python API

Hi @arcturusannamalai could you create this PR from a feature branch in the openfhe-python repository. This way we can also run the CI for it. Thank you for the contribution! Please also submit the PR to the dev branch rather than main as we use the dev branch for intermediate commits between releases.

@yspolyakov - I'm not able to create a feature branch on your openfheorg repository; so I can just send a PR/MR. Not sure how you want this to work.

Hi @arcturusannamalai It looks your invite has expired, in other words, you have not accepted it. I am going to regenerate the invite. Please accept as it as soon as you see it.
