Add FIRMS Geo-Coverage action module #7

A new Geobatch action module has to be added. It will contain the action for computing and ingesting the FIRMS geographic coverage.

Architecture

gb-actions-firms (parent module, in case other action modules will have to be added)
gb-action-firms-geocoverage (action module to compute & ingest the FIRMS geographic coverage)

At now the WPS process that performs the computation of the Geo-Coverage has been moved from figis-wps-process to the gb-action-firms-geocoverage. (see #8). When Maven integration & repository tools will be available from remote, the figis-wps-process will be used as dependency in figis-geobatch.

The field "resource" is not a valid identifier in Oracle. The field is renamed as "res_type".
