Whenever I need to open a new issue for the variety of reasons that could be,
I want a list of common case templates already available,
I want them to already have a label associated to them,
I want them to have a policy associated to them,
so I can more easily describe what I want to describe,
so I can know what to expect next.
For a maintainer
Whenever I'm triaging contributor submitted issues,
I want them to be 80/20 pre-formatted similarly,
I want them to be already labelled,
I want them to have their policy embedded,
so I can more easily triage them,
so I can more easily give an answer,
so I can more easily know what do to generally as a maintainer.
