Synchronize Conda and Pypi deps #1173

Technical changes

Fix conda build in CI.
Avoid duplicate run in CI.
Build and test conda package in PR, no more on master.
Deploy only on master.

Coverage remained the same at 77.659% when pulling da8719c7807b931b816dac31b8c207a36b69bb1c on fix-conda-build into 5f95501f14030c76aee4b21274c85114a55afb8a on master.
