A newer version of openfisca-survey-manager exists, but since this PR has been edited by someone other than Dependabot I haven't updated it. You'll get a PR for the updated version as normal once this PR is merged.

Peux-tu expliciter ta question stp @benjello ? Le setup.py fait partie des fichiers pris en compte pour détecter les modifications nécessitant bump ; pourquoi souhaiterions-nous contourner ce critère ici ? 🤔

Si c'est pour ne pas bumper à chaque librairie, on peut aussi les regrouper et intégrer cette modification à la prochaine mise à jour de la version de Core.

Sachant qu'à partir de sa version 0.20, openfisca-survey-manager nécessite openfisca-core v34.
