building for windows is broken for me #1460

when i try to build windows applications an error comes up saying "Failed to update resources" how do i fix it

When submitting a bug report, try to include as much information as possible. In this case, it would help to know what Windows applications you've tried to build - simple or complicated? (Is it FNF?) We'd also need more context for the error message - what was going on right before the error happened?

As you've already seen, a one-sentence error report won't get many responses.

Try deleting all your files in windows folder and run build command line again, everything should work well.
