Look into Chrome 66 audio fix #99

If it's easy enough to do, maybe try fixing this

We can track this in OpenFL, I believe they reverted the change in Chrome, that Howler is making some changes, but otherwise the whole thing is sort of untenable for web games :frowning_face:
