Remove in-band metrics from fake ganglia data #11

Remove all in-band metrics generated by the fake ganglia data generator.

If gmond worked we would have non-fake in-band metrics collected for MIA itself. However, it currently doesn't work FSR, so this is sufficient to hide in-band metrics.
