Add ct-visualiser encryption keys during build #56

During the build of ct-visualiser, encryption keys are now automatically added to the application's credentials file

This LGTM.

I've also checked that it works when concertim is built as a bunch of docker images / containers. Which it does. I'm not sure that you've done anything with that part of the build mechanism. If you haven't perhaps this is a good point at which we can visit it. Let's discuss when we talk tomorrow.
