Document the release process that I have been assuming whilst developing the playbook. The release process contains the following assumptions:
Each tagged release will be updated to build tagged versions of the concertim components, not the main/master branch.
Each tagged release will have build instructions that reference the tag that is being released.
The main branch of this repo will build the development version of the components.
I'm happy for an alternative release process to be followed. It just needs to be documented so that we're all following the same process / making the same assumptions.
