We should thoroughly test Control with a brand new project, as it has been some time (and there have been many features added) since we last looked at this.
We recently saw issues on the Billing Management page if the project has no cost logs (which they normally wouldn't have until 3 days after creation) but there may be others that need handling. Either through logic updates, or additional setup steps. As part of this we should also look into adding a project setup step in ProjectManager after a project is created, to automate some of this process.
This must be checked for both an Azure and an AWS project.
