Name is displayed after starting, and when using the list and show commands. Leaves a blank space if no name is given.

Sorry about that, I can't believe I hadn't checked it worked properly before doing the PR! I'll be more careful in future...

I've rebased on latest master to fix a merge conflict introduced with my additions on #44. LGTM.
