Added colourised output to set-default, show-active and show-default

This fixes the inconsistent colourization for the set-default, show-active and show-default commands.

There are still some inconsistencies with the create and purge commands and perhaps activate and deactivate. However, fixing those looks rather involved. And this PR is sufficient to remove the inconsistencies for the commands that have recently seen work.
