Change barcode range for products without a barcode

Starting at 2000000000000 on Open Beauty Facts means that we will get conflicts with OFF, which could be an issue if for some reason we want to merge databases. Start at 2100000000000 or something.

I added a product without a barcode, but later found a barcode. How can I add barcode?

@rudolphos moderators can change barcodes, can you tell us which code you want to change in which other code?
