upload seems to fail half the time #4

After scanning a new product, I usually take a photo of it and upload it which seems to work fine. The second photo is the nutritional informations / ingredient list, that one usually fail.

In one occasion I took three pictures. Only the first got submitted successfully. The result is something like:

1st photo -> succeed 2nd photo -> fail 3nd photo -> succeed 4th photo -> fail 5th photo -> succeed

I might just be out of luck. A verbose message would be nice.

It's probably a timeout of the post request on one side or the other. I'm not sure what more I could put in the verbose message though.

I've got the same issue, I've to turn off wifi, turn on then resubmitting pictures.

I can confirm this very bug. It fails half the time. I can restart the app to make it work every time. I tested it on a Nexus 4 with android 4.4
