Activate subpages in the main namespace to make API pages real subpages and not just with a title like "API/..."

@VaiTon I can do it, but now that the API is documented elsewhere, is there still some concrete usages of subpages?

I have read the documentation you linked, the "Use of subpages" section in particular, and I found it hard to understand if it's very useful and what are the downsides. Maybe you are more experienced about it, I'm listening to you.
