Bring the greeting back in product addition

When encountering a new product, I’d love to get an encouragement to fill in the data to help the community. I think this was part of an earlier build and has since been removed Max B.

What was the greeting? "Needed to compute ..."?

Instead of the placeholder text Category, we could change it to Category, required for Nutriscore calculation
