Monitor key contributors #53

What

We have key contributors, which are third party application.
For technical problem or strategy change, they may not be able to add products.
We want to monitor if a key contributor did not contribute for n days.
We could use off advanced search and seek for last contrib date.
Can we setup an alert plugin for that ?
