chore: remove all-contributors-cli, now deprecated for the Github bot

What

The all-contributors-cli is now available as a Github bot : https://github.com/all-contributors/app,

This is useful as it avoids maintaining a package up-to-date in the SDK. We can also add the contributor reference directly from a comment in the associated PR as shown here : https://allcontributors.org/docs/assets/bot-usage.png
