Graphs: exclude products with data quality issues #10021

Products with data quality issues can have bad impacts on graphs. Eg. image

In this example, salt shouldn't be higher than 100 per 100g.

It would be interesting to, by default, exclude products with data quality issues.

An option should allow the user to display those excluded products, namely to fix them.

Hiding the points is hiding the problem, and will slow incentives to solve it.
