nice to be able to see a tree of categories. For example, if I select
Apple, under it perhaps it could show the subcategories of apples to
pick from (Gala Apple, Macintosh Apple), rather than having to hope I
know the right one, or understand it well enough to be able to select it
effectively (e.g. further specify the category if applicable:)
