@aleksejrs Any values for Russia ?

Recommendations for daily intake (a 39-page book enacted in 2008, link published in 2015), a link to an MS Word document: http://rospotrebnadzor.ru/documents/details.php?ELEMENT_ID=4583&sphrase_id=742470 It contains detailed definitions, explanations, and tables. Table 4.1, for instance, shows kcal/day for men and women of weights 50-90 and ages 18-60+. Table 4.2 is for children of ages 1 month to 18 years, kcal per kg and per day.

Order of the Ministry of Health, translating the above into "kg/year/person" for some groups of foods: https://rg.ru/2010/10/15/pitanie-dok.html (the table itself is in this image). Comments to that order (by the chief author of the recommendations above): https://rg.ru/2010/10/15/eda.html https://rg.ru/2010/10/21/pitanie.html (with a picture showing per-day values)
